About Me

I’m Boglarka Szabo, a Clinical Hypnotherapist with a university degree in Psychology. After completing my studies, I was looking for something that offers both practicality and effectiveness. I found hypnotherapy to be a strong option because it works directly with the subconscious mind, where many of our habits and patterns are formed.

I also realised how much misunderstanding still exists around it. That’s why I created the Know Hypnotherapy page on social media, where I regularly share content about psychology and hypnosis. My aim is to provide clear and reliable information so more people can understand what hypnotherapy really is and how it can be applied as a therapeutic tool.

I believe that change is always possible. Even when challenges feel overwhelming, the resources to move forward are already within us. What I value most about hypnotherapy is that it is supported by research, which has explored how the brain processes information during trance. While it is not a substitute for any medical treatment, many people find it helpful for certain issues.
