Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations
At Know Hypnotherapy, time is reserved especially for your session. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice can be refunded in full or transferred to another appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice, will normally be charged in full.
Online Sessions & Technical Issues
If the session is delivered online, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have a stable internet connection and a private space for the appointment. If technical difficulties occur on the client’s side that prevent the session from continuing, the session will normally be considered as having taken place. However, at the discretion of Know Hypnotherapy, the session may be rescheduled without charge if circumstances warrant flexibility.
If technical difficulties occur on the side of Know Hypnotherapy, such as internet connection failure or platform issues, the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost or refunded in full if preferred. If a disconnection occurs partway through a session, every effort will be made to reconnect and complete the appointment.
Once a session has been completed, no refunds can be given. If Know Hypnotherapy ever needs to cancel an appointment, you will be offered an alternative time or a full refund if you have prepaid.
