Stopping smoking is one of the most valuable decisions you can make for your health, wellbeing, and future. For people who feel truly ready to become non-smokers, hypnotherapy is often used as a supportive approach to explore the thoughts, emotions, and habits connected with smoking. Before your session, I send a short questionnaire to understand your smoking history, what motivates you to stop, and what may be maintaining the habit. This helps me tailor the session to your individual needs and give you a personalised experience. You’ll also receive an audio recording to use afterwards, which many clients find helps reinforce their intention and focus.
