Service Description

This includes all treatments except smoking cessation. Hypnotherapy can be used for a wide range of issues such as: Anxiety, including constant overthinking, feeling on edge, or struggling to switch off. Even when things are fine, your mind keeps going. Phobias, which can be specific fears like flying, driving, or enclosed spaces, or a strong fear response in certain situations. Weight management, often linked to patterns around eating and control. It can be cycles of overeating or feeling stuck despite knowing what to do. Breaking unwanted habits that you keep returning to, even when you don’t want to. It can feel automatic or out of your control. Improving performance, when you know you’re capable but something holds you back, whether that’s pressure, self-doubt, or inconsistency. Emotional reactivity in relationships, which can show up as getting triggered quickly, reacting strongly, or repeating the same arguments. Confidence and self-esteem, where you may be second-guessing yourself, holding back, or not feeling good enough in certain situations. These are only some of the areas hypnotherapy can be used for.
