Smoking & Vaping Cessation

Many people think smoking and vaping are simply about nicotine. However, over time the brain also learns to associate cigarettes with everyday situations, emotions, and routines. Having a coffee, taking a break, driving, or feeling stressed can all become automatic triggers to smoke or vape, even after you've decided you want to stop.

Hypnotherapy aims to explore these learned associations and the subconscious patterns that help maintain the habit. Rather than relying on willpower alone, the goal is to help weaken the automatic links between smoking and the situations that trigger it, making it easier to respond differently over time.

Smoking and vaping cessation are structured differently from my other hypnotherapy services. They are designed to be a single powerful session lasting approximately 90 minutes. Before we meet, you'll complete a short questionnaire about your smoking history, which helps me to tailor the work to your individual circumstances. You'll also receive an audio recording to use afterwards, designed to reinforce what we cover during the session. If you'd like to explore whether hypnotherapy is the right fit for you, feel free to book an initial consultation.
